(2) Development of an LC-MS/MS-Based Analytical Method for Cultured Meat
Summary
Focusing on protein system research, I am working on an AI-based peptide inhibitor design project and an analytical method development project using LC-MS/MS technology. First, I use advanced AI-based protein design platforms such as RFdiffusion and ProteinMPNN to design peptide-based inhibitors that target protein pockets closely associated with various diseases. The efficacy of these inhibitors is verified through both in silico and real-world experiments. Second, I develop highly sensitive LC-MS/MS-based analytical methods to quantitatively detect trace-level analytes in complex biological matrices such as cultured meat, and perform thorough validation of these methods. My goal is to contribute to the development of rapid and accurate disease treatments by integrating computer-aided drug design with precision protein analysis technologies.
