(1) Analysis of protein interactome in mouse RALGAPB gene knockdown disease models

• Summary

I am focusing on a project that analyzes protein interactome using LC-MS/MS and AI-based protein-protein interaction (PPI) screening. We identify and predict various proteins functionally associated with target protein using advanced experimental techniques such as MultiMap and AlphaPulldown. The results can be clearly verified through in silico and actual experiments, which increases the credibility of the results. The core of my research is to further investigate the molecular function of RALGAPB through protein interactome analysis, and I expect to reveal new molecular mechanisms related to the physiological function of RALGAPB. Ultimately, we aim to contribute to the discovery of therapeutic targets for related neurological disorders by systematically investigating protein networks involved in the regulation of neuronal excitability and synaptic dysfunction.
