Summary:
My primary involvement encompasses several key projects: "LC-MS Platform," "Validation of Laboratory-Developed Tests Targeting," and "LC-MS-Based Analysis of Arthritis Therapeutics."
In the "LC-MS Platform" project, our primary focus lies in fine-tuning the analytical conditions of the LC-MS/MS system that has been established within the laboratory.
Within the "Validation of Laboratory-Developed Tests Targeting" initiative, we are actively engaged in method validation for analyzing target proteins associated with various diseases using laboratory-developed tests.
The "LC-MS-Based Analysis of Arthritis Therapeutics" endeavor is centered around creating LC-MS methodologies for scrutinizing the efficacy of the arthritis therapeutic "Synovian," and subsequently conducting thorough efficacy assessments within joint fluid samples. Additionally, there are forthcoming plans to devise an analytical protocol for detecting the specific fungus responsible for Aspergillosis within bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, utilizing LC-MS techniques. Furthermore, leveraging machine learning, we intend to analyze the protein expression levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid samples from Aspergillosis patients.
