 (1)  Developing cancer drugs based on protein structure

• Summary:

My research focuses on developing new cancer drugs based on protein structure. This research aims to first analyze the three-dimensional structure of a protein to design a new drug by mimicking its structure, and then check the efficacy of this new drug. In particular, I focus on exploring and designing molecular structures that can stably bind to the binding site of the target protein. In doing so, we plan to utilize algorithmic programs such as RFdiffusion and ProteinMPNN for design. Ultimately, through this research, we hope to revolutionize cancer treatment by developing drugs that are more effective than existing therapeutic drugs or have new functions.
