(1) Conformational Changes in Plasma Proteins in Healthy Aging 

• Summary

I am currently participating in a research project titled “Conformational Changes in Plasma Proteins during Healthy Aging.” This study focuses on age-related alterations in protein systems, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying aging. To achieve this, we are employing LC–MS-based proteomics and AI-driven structure prediction techniques to investigate changes in plasma proteins within the framework of the aging clock. Through this research, we seek to identify proteomic signatures that reflect aging-related characteristics and contribute to the development of biomarkers capable of predicting physiological changes or the onset of age-associated diseases.
