(1) Development of Mimic Peptide Drugs for Existing Breast Cancer Treatments 

• Summary:
  I am currently involved in a research project called "Development of Mimic Peptide Drugs for Existing Breast Cancer Treatments". This project aims to develop new peptide drugs that mimic existing small molecule drugs for breast cancer patients. Peptide-based therapies are treatments for treating or alleviating diseases by using peptides, a small molecule similar to proteins, and have several advantages. The core of my research is to identify the interaction sites between drugs and target proteins, design peptides that mimic these drug structures and confirm their ability to interact with the binding pocket of the target protein. The ultimate goal is to use artificial intelligence to design peptides that can replace existing small molecule drugs, thereby developing innovative treatments for breast cancer.
