• Summary

My research focuses on the Deep Learning Algorithm-Based Design of Peptide Inhibitors. This project aims to develop innovative peptide inhibitors that target protein pockets closely associated with various diseases, leveraging advanced AI-based protein design platforms such as RFdiffusion and ProteinMPNN. We rigorously validate the efficacy of the designed peptide inhibitors through both in silico simulations and experimental verification. Ultimately, this research seeks to integrate computer-aided drug design with precision protein analysis technologies to contribute to the rapid and accurate development of disease treatments.
