Research topic:
(1) Development of Health Functional Food Analysis Method by LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV
(2) Development of Safety Evaluation Technology for Safety Evaluation of Cultured Meat
Research theme:
I am a researcher specializing in development of test methods for pre- and post-management of health functional foods manufactured with complex and diverse functional raw materials, establishment of a guide to analysis methods for health functional foods manufactured with complex functional raw materials that can be easily utilized in product development and analysis fields, and establishment of a continuous monitoring system for health functional foods. One of my previous research projects was to develop analytical methods to accurately analyze other chemicals in food and natural product samples using GC-MS, HPLC-FLD techniques. This process required many steps, from sample preparation to optimization of analytical conditions, data interpretation, and quantification. Food and natural product samples are very complex and contain various components, so efficient processing and maximization of GC-MS, HPLC-FLD techniques were required to obtain accurate results. Thanks to these efforts, accurate and reliable analytical results were obtained. Based on these technologies and experiences, I am expanding my interest in the field of health functional foods. UPLC-UV, LC-MS/MS are the key tools for the analysis of health functional foods research. Research to understand the analysis of health functional foods research through UPLC-UV, LC-MS/MS is very important for the future of medicine and life sciences. I am committed to making further progress and contributions in this field of research.
