Deep Learning Algorithm-Based Design of Antibacterial Peptides - This project focuses on utilizing a deep learning algorithm to predict peptides with antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli. The goal is to validate these predictions through practical experiments to assess their antibiotic efficacy.
Development of LC-MS-Based Diagnostic Method for Aspergillosis - This initiative aims to develop an effective diagnostic method for identifying biomarkers, particularly proteome, to enable swift detection of invasive aspergillosis in individuals with compromised immune systems.
My professional interests lie in the exploration of biomarkers and the development of optimal detection methodologies for various conditions, such as cancer or genetic disorders arising from mutations. I am particularly passionate about leveraging these insights to develop peptides, proteins, or medications for effective treatment strategies.
