(1)  Development of Predictive Models for Biological Age Using Proteomic Changes in Lifespan-Associated Immune Cells

I'm intrigued by your work on modifying the function and proteoform of immune cells in relation to lifespan. Currently, I am engaged in constructing a "Predictive Model for Biological Age Utilizing Proteomic Alterations in Lifespan-Associated Immune Cells". This investigation is centered around the prediction of overall biological age, employing a diverse array of healthy samples from varying age groups.

In essence, the core objective of this study is to pinpoint the proteomic changes (the target) precipitated by the aging process. This is achieved through an in-depth analysis of immune-related cells, employing cutting-edge techniques such as CyTOF, FACS, and LC-MS. The outcome of this targeted analysis is then harnessed to craft an AI-driven predictive model for determining biological age.
