(1)  Development of an Early Diagnosis Platform for Multiple Diseases based on Single-Cell Precise Analysis using Blood Proteins and Blood Cells

Currently, disease prevention biomarkers predominantly consist of single markers. However, the clinical utility of single marker tests is limited due to their relatively low specificity and sensitivity. Addressing these limitations necessitates the development of multiple markers. In our approach, we employ blood proteins and blood cells as samples, as they rapidly mirror changes in a patient's condition. These samples undergo analysis using LC-MS and Mass Cytometry, specifically CyTOF. This analytical approach provides data encompassing interactions between proteins and single cells.

The obtained clinical data are then synthesized using machine learning techniques. The ultimate goal is to create a 'multi-disease diagnosis system based on single-cell analysis utilizing blood samples.' This system is designed to effectively address a spectrum of diseases by developing multiple markers, subsequently unveiling diagnostic and therapeutic targets in patients affected by diverse conditions.
