(1)  Identification of Diagnostic Markers for Therapeutic Intervention Through Analysis of COVID-19 Blood Samples

(2)  Computational Modeling of Drug-Protein Interactions for Predictive Drug Design

At present, I am actively involved in two major research initiatives. The first concentrates on the identification of diagnostic markers for targeted disease treatment and early detection, leveraging single-cell proteomic technologies in the context of COVID-19 blood samples. The second project is centered on the computational investigation of drug-protein interactions.

I am deeply engaged in cutting-edge research aimed at predicting protein-drug interaction sites and decoding structural shifts crucial for rational drug design. My research methodology seamlessly integrates advanced data analytics and machine learning algorithms, with a specific focus on Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS) techniques.

The core objective of these research undertakings is the engineering of computational algorithms that capitalize on the AlphaFold2-multimer framework for the simultaneous prediction of three-dimensional protein structures and drug binding sites. This initiative is anticipated to enable a comprehensive characterization of complex drug-protein interactions. Ultimately, my goal is to precisely define drug targets, enhancing therapeutic efficacy, mitigating off-target effects, and potentially unveiling new frontiers for drug discovery and therapeutic intervention.
