(1)  Discovery of identifying Biomarkers for Diagnosis and Treatment of Autism

My strong passion lies within the realm of Molecular Biology, where I am deeply engrossed in studying and comprehending the intricate facets of rare diseases through the utilization of bioinformatics tools and proteomics techniques. In my ongoing research endeavor, titled "Discovery of Identifying Biomarkers for Diagnosis and Treatment of Autism." I am fully dedicated to delving into the intricacies of rare diseases, employing mouse models as a key investigative tool.

My primary objective revolves around unearthing potential biomarkers that could not only facilitate accurate disease diagnosis but also pave the way for targeted therapeutic interventions in the realm autism. To achieve this, I have meticulously designed a comprehensive approach that synergistically combines the power of LC-MS analysis and cutting-edge bioinformatics tools. By meticulously scrutinizing both proteins and metabolites, my ultimate goal is to pinpoint distinctive omics markers that hold the promise of significantly impacting the diagnosis and treatment landscape for these rare conditions.
